The program is focused on enabling principals to acquire the skills needed to solve practical problems and improve their schools with a renewed understanding of leadership and management. In addition, the training topics are subject to the principals’ individualized needs and can be customized based on our participants’ questions.
Although this training program includes many academic theories, its emphasis is on solving school management issues through case studies and presentations from experienced higher education experts. The goal of the program is to help principals understand "how to manage" rather than "what is management." This program will give principals from China the confidence and resources needed to improve their leadership skills, which will ultimately prepare their students for success at U.S. universities.
